A Birth Story | Georgia Rose

I’ve been meaning to share this for awhile now. But this birth story was one of the best experiences as a photographer. July 6 of last year I was able to capture new life coming into this world. I’m sharing just a few images from this special day. I hope all expecting mama’s consider getting a birth photographer, being able to show this mama my perspective of her power and beauty from her birth story is something I hope I can share with many more!

Heather is a fantastic photographer! She does a great job getting to know her clients and understand what kind of poses and photos reflect them. She makes you feel so comfortable during the photo shoot. Lets just say there was a lot of laughing which made the photos reflect us! She did our proposal, engagement and wedding photos and each session was so fun and the pictures turned out stunning! If you are looking for someone professional, talented and reasonable that is Heather. She takes time to plan and execute her photos beautifully. I have had so many people ask me who my photographer and she is now doing their photos! Highly recommend this incredible photographer.

I’ve known Heather since the 4th grade, but that is not why I hired her to photographic our wedding. We had a very small intimate wedding and I wanted a photographer that knew us and would know what was most important to photograph. Although she is my friend, she was very professional and also made the entire experience very fun and relaxed. She had never been to Seattle before, so she wasn’t familiar with the area and didn’t really have time to look for the best settings. Did that matter? No, because we told her the areas we wanted to take photos at and she instantly found the right angles and landscape to captivate our special day. Thank you Heather for doing a fantastic job!!!!

My mission is to peel back the ideas we have about what photos sessions should look like and start creating them based on how you want to be seen and how you want your memories to be felt. So that when you look through at your images for the 1st time or the 100th , you laugh, smile, and maybe tear up a little remembering exactly how you felt at that moment.
